The studio can be used, for example, as an office, seminar room, treatment room, apartment for teenagers, hobby room, etc. as a supplement to the 3.5-room apartment.

The apartment has a spacious balcony and is oriented towards the Alpine panorama on the southern edge of the village of Wiler. Pets are allowed.
