Available immediately or by agreement, I am renting a well-maintained 3-room apartment with approximately 54 m² of living space in the center of Richterswil.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an older, charming house. It may not belong to the luxury class, but it convinces with its own charm and many advantages such as high ceilings and large windows. In summer, it remains pleasantly cool, in winter, it is cozy and warm.
One of the rooms adjacent to the kitchen is slightly smaller and is currently used as a dining room.
After consultation, some furniture as well as parts of the kitchen and garden equipment can be taken over. There is no dishwasher.
The house does not have its own parking spaces. However, it is possible to apply for a parking permit from the municipality. This costs around CHF 31 per month and authorizes parking on the designated parking spaces along the streets. Alternatively, a parking space in a nearby underground garage can be rented for CHF 90 per month.

The location is quiet and yet very central. The SBB train station, post office, shopping facilities, cafes, and Lake Zurich are within a two to three-minute walk.
The subletting is done according to the conditions of my rental agreement and is approved by the landlord.
