Flatmate (also with child) wanted for charming historic farmhouse in Männedorf

We are looking for a new flatmate for this beautiful, historic farmhouse in Männedorf – preferably someone with a child.

You will be living with Dani (in his mid-40s) and his four-year-old son, who is at home three days a week. Additionally, two affectionate cats are part of the household and enjoy the charm of the old house.

The house has a large, natural garden with plenty of greenery, fruit trees, berry bushes, and other plants. If you enjoy gardening, you can supplement the garden with your own beds or raised beds and help shape it.

The house is located in a quiet area of Männedorf's upper village. The forest and surrounding nature are just a few minutes away, and the lake is about a 15-minute walk – perfect for a summer cool-down.

The farmhouse has six rooms and numerous secondary rooms that can be used by all: the attic, garden house, fitness room, music room, (studio) kicker table, and table tennis room offer plenty of space for hobbies and communal living.

You'll fit in best with Dani and his son if you love nature and music, enjoy living in an uncomplicated shared flat, and are willing to help shape and maintain the house and garden together.

Since I'm moving out, I'm looking for a suitable successor and invite you to a viewing and a casual get-together over ice tea.
