I am 21 years old and I will start my studies in Geneva at ECG Jean-Piaget in August.
I am actively looking for a studio or a 1.5-room apartment in Geneva (or in the surrounding area, ideally served by public transport).
Maximum budget: 1465.- CHF (including charges)
Availability: From August 1st (or to be agreed for the start of studies)
My financial guarantees:
To fully reassure my future landlord, my application file already includes:
1. A financial guarantee validated by the Hospice Général (which ensures the regular and direct payment of the rent).
2. A solid and solvent physical guarantee (regular income, a recent and clean non-prosecution certificate).
3. My admission certificate for studies in August.
About me:
I am calm, respectful, and very tidy, I am looking for a peaceful place to fully devote myself to my studies. I do not have any pets and I am a non-smoker.
