• Unfurnished and can be furnished according to your own wishes
• Private bathroom with private shower, which is exclusively for your own use and not shared

The apartment:

• Very spacious and fully furnished
• Dreamy lake view
• Modern, open kitchen
• Large balcony with approx. 20 m²
• Bright and pleasant living atmosphere

Currently, only I live in the apartment, so we would share the apartment with two people.

Top location:

• Bus stop only about 50 meters from the apartment. Direct connection to Bürkliplatz in just around 15 minutes.
• Rüschlikon train station is about 6 to 8 minutes' walk away and offers quick connections in all directions.
• The highway is also in the immediate vicinity.
• You can reach Lake Zurich in just about 3 minutes' walk. Perfect for swimming, walking or simply relaxing.

Costs: In addition to the rent, CHF 120 will be charged monthly for professional cleaning. The cleaning lady comes twice a month, so the common areas are always clean.
