THE PROJECT:

The project consists of a rectangular building that extends over three above-ground floors and a basement. The building's architecture is in the style of the «Gotthardbahn» and dates back to 1890, with elegant facades that deserve to be preserved and enhance the historic charm of the building.

Depending on the residential unit, these are partially oriented north and/or south, while some face Via Giuseppe Motta and others face the important railway line of the station.

The basements/deposits for the various residential units and administrative rooms are located in the basement, as well as the necessary technical rooms for the proper functioning of the building. The shared laundry room is located in the central part of the building, more precisely in the stairwell area on the 1st floor. The entrance to the building for the apartments is located on the northeast facade, facing Via G. Motta, as well as the mail reception facility.
