THE PROJECT:

The project consists of a rectangular building that spans three floors above ground and a basement. The building's architecture is in the style of the «Gotthardbahn» and dates back to 1890, characterized by elegant facades that impose their maintenance and enhancement of the building's historic charm.

Depending on the residential units, they are partially oriented north and/or south, as well as some facing Via Giuseppe Motta and others on the important railway station.

The basement houses the cellars/deposits for the various residential and administrative units, as well as the necessary technical rooms for the proper functioning of the building. The shared laundry room is located in the central part of the building, more precisely in the stairwell area on the 1st floor. The entrance to the building for the apartments is located on the northeast facade, oriented towards Via G. Motta, as well as the mail reception area.
