The balcony (6.5 m2) is very sunny from midday onwards. The sun shines beautifully into the apartment from midday onwards. In the morning, the light is rather indirect.
The apartment has its own boiler and fuse box. It is heated with a programmable pellet stove. A recess on the corridor and a cellar compartment serve as storage space. The floors in the kitchen area and bathroom are covered with tiles, and the rest of the apartment has parquet flooring. There is an option to rent a parking space. On foot, you can reach the Rathausstrasse in two to three minutes and the train station in five to six minutes. A bus stop is located directly in front of the house.

If desired, the sofa and/or bookshelves and the lamp above the dining table can be taken over. The price is negotiable. What is still in the cellar and will definitely be handed over are the former pendant lamps and curtains (free of charge, belonging to the landlord) and some pellet bags.
