We are renting a bright 5.0-room apartment with a lake view in Kilchberg as of August 1st or by arrangement. Please note that the apartment can only be rented until September 30, 2027.

The very well-maintained property is located in a quiet and attractive area in Kilchberg. Thanks to the excellent public transport connections, you can reach Kilchberg train station and the center of Zurich in a short time. The highway access is only a few minutes' drive away. Shopping facilities are also located in the immediate vicinity and ensure a high quality of living.

The apartment convinces you as follows:

• Dreamy lake view
• The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic glass stove, dishwasher, oven, and a large refrigerator, and offers plenty of storage space with the various cabinets and drawers.

Parking spaces can be rented additionally if needed.
