I rent immediately, or by arrangement, 1 unfurnished (furnished, for a surcharge, also possible) room in the beautiful Adliswil. These are part of a 4.5 room apartment. The house is located in a very quiet and green residential area and is only 300 m from Sihlau train station. By train in just 30 minutes from the front door to the university building! Adliswil is a small town that can be reached by car in 8 minutes from Zurich, and also by train in just 10 minutes. Migros, Denner, Coop, bank, and post office are also nearby. The Sihl can be observed directly from the balcony.
Currently, we are 2 men, 38 years and 23 years old, and are looking for 1 new roommate. I work at DB in shift work and am often on the road privately. Therefore, I would prefer someone with shift work, gastronomy, weekend commuters, flight personnel, but of course, I also invite any other humorous and sympathetic person to live with us.
The bright room is 24^m2 in size. The apartment is equipped with 4 rooms, this room is the largest and has balcony access, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. In the basement, there is an additional storage room, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. An outdoor parking space can be rented for 40,- CHF, as well as a TG parking space for 120,- CHF.
The rent is 830,- francs warm (including Billag, TV, internet, electricity, other ancillary costs). The deposit would be 2490,- francs and is to be paid upon move-in.
