Description
The apartment is approximately 80m2 in size and is located on the sunny 1st floor in a beautiful location directly on the Ergolz. There is a large balcony with a view of the Ergolz, which can be accessed from two rooms, as well as a smaller balcony on the front of the house. A basement compartment and a bike cellar are also available.
The two houses of our cooperative were built in 1960. They do not meet today's new building standards. The apartments are ring-shaped and not as well insulated as one would normally have today.
The kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2016. The rooms will be renovated before rental.
We are a small independent cooperative with 14 apartments and are looking for long-term new cooperative members and tenants who are skilled in handicrafts or willing to take on an office in the cooperative. In return, we have very pleasant and nice apartments at a favorable and affordable price, as well as a child-friendly community garden with a playground and a barbecue area.
In the immediate vicinity, there is also a quarter shop, various kindergartens, a primary school, and a bus stop.
The monthly rent is CHF 1200.00 and is to be paid in advance. This includes CHF 120.- for heating and hot water and all ancillary costs, with the exception of
electricity costs in the laundry room
TV cable connection fees.
Heating costs / hot water
The rent includes a monthly heating cost share of CHF 80.- and CHF 40.- for hot water. After the end of the heating period, a heating cost statement of the actual costs will be created.
This is a cooperative apartment, so tenants are obliged to join the cooperative. The cooperative share is CHF 6200.- and must be paid in advance.
