Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG eines der traditionellen Häuser im Hof, im einem ruhig gelegenen Viertel. Vom Wohn-und Schlafzimmer hat man eine sehr ansprechende Aussicht in den Innenhof, statt auf die Strasse.
In der Nähe befinden sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bushaltestellen, Locarno Centro ist sehr gut zu fuss erreichbar (ca. 10-15min).

Die 64m2 Wohnung hat sehr viel Charakter und ist gross genug für eine Person.
Das Bad ist aufgrund der Grösse fast schon eine kleine Wellness-Oase.

Die Miete beträgt 1100,- CHF / Monat, dazu kommen NK-Vorauszahlungen von 150,- CHF / Monat.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of one of the traditional courtyard houses in a quiet neighbourhood. Both the living room and bedroom offer a lovely view of the inner courtyard rather than the street.
Various shops and bus stops are nearby, and Locarno city center is easily accessible on foot (approx. 1015 minutes).

This 64 m² apartment is full of character and spacious enough for one person.
Thanks to its size, the bathroom feels almost like a small wellness oasis.

The rent is CHF 1100,- per month, plus CHF 150,- per month for advance payments on ancillary costs.

Nelle vicinanze si trovano diversi negozi e fermate dell'autobus; il centro di Locarno è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi (circa 1015 minuti).

Questo appartamento di 64 m² è ricco di carattere e offre spazio a sufficienza per una persona.
Grazie alle sue dimensioni, il bagno trasmette quasi la sensazione di una piccola oasi di benessere.
