I am looking for a tenant to take over my beautiful apartment in Stäfa from mid-August. The absolute highlight of the apartment is the sunny balcony with a wonderful view of Lake Zurich. The entire apartment, except for the kitchen and bathroom, is equipped with beautiful solid wood parquet flooring.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and a ceramic glass cooktop, and offers plenty of storage space.

There are two laundry rooms with tumble dryers/drying rooms available for the entire tenant community.

The Uerikon train station and bus stops with different regional connections are within walking distance. The lake is less than a three-minute walk away and invites you to swim with the beautifully located, directly accessible Kehlhofwiese.

The neighborhood is very quiet and family-friendly, both in the building and in the immediate surroundings.

The rental contract is unlimited. A parking space can be rented for CHF 50.– per month. A move-in date at the beginning of September would also be possible, and tenants from mid-August are preferred.
