Description

The house was completely renovated in 2014. The house with a total of ten apartments was renovated from the ground up. All kitchens were equipped with modern stone countertops, great modern fronts, and the best appliances, including a dishwasher. The beautifully designed bathroom has a very spacious shower (80x120 cm). Each apartment has its own washing machine. High-quality materials were used, and a solid wood parquet floor was laid, which is unparalleled in its quality. All apartments have a screed floor with individually adjustable underfloor heating. Around the entire house, all possible environmental work was carried out, including the renewal of all hard surfaces, making it a great joy to live in the house. The apartment has a spacious balcony. The surroundings with a view of the Solothurner Hausberg Weissenstein are also very beautiful and close to the beautiful old town. The old town can be easily reached on foot, by bus (the bus stop is in the immediate vicinity), or by bike (including the train station, which is only 2.5 km away).

An outdoor parking space can be rented for CHF 80 per month. The apartment can be flexibly rented from 1.8/1.9/1.10.
