Since we are going on a six-month trip, we are renting out our beautiful, fully furnished 3.5-room apartment on Oberfeldweg in Lyss. We wish for someone who will take care of our home and enjoy their time here.
Rental period: April 1, 2027, to September 30, 2027 (6 months)
Living space & comfort: 84m2 of bright living space with a top-equipped kitchen (high-quality brand appliances) and a bathroom including a modern rain shower. The apartment is completely furnished and ready for occupancy.
Absolute quiet & dream garden: The apartment is extremely quiet. You have a huge garden at your free disposal. There are several cozy garden seating areas with a grill or a pergola. If you want, you can even realize yourself in vegetable gardening in the garden bed.
Winter garden: A wonderful place to relax with a direct, unobstructed view of the greenery with morning sun.
Perfect summer climate: Since the apartment is located on the middle floor, it remains pleasantly cool in the summer. Since it has windows in all directions, the apartment can be perfectly cross-ventilated and cooled at night.
For bikes & cars: A safe, dry shed offers space for several bikes. A car can be parked directly on the street in Oberfeldweg using a parking card.
House community & garden maintenance:
The house has a super relaxed and cordial atmosphere with the neighbors. Downstairs lives Marc (56) with his two cats. Upstairs lives a couple (Sophie and Cyrill, both 29).
A huge plus for you. The landlord takes care of the large garden maintenance (lawn mowing, etc.) completely. You can simply enjoy the garden.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a reliable person or couple who is happy about this apartment and the garden and takes good care of the inventory. We consider a fair, uncomplicated relationship and a good agreement for both sides to be extremely important.
