This property is located in a very quiet neighborhood (near the canal) and just 2-3 minutes walk from the Saillon baths.
The apartment is distributed as follows:
A hallway leading to two bedrooms, each located on one side of the hallway.
Further to the left, a first bathroom. It has a shower and there is the possibility of installing a washing column.
A second bathroom with a bathtub is located directly after the first.
The hallway ends with access to a third bedroom.
To the right of it, there is the open kitchen/dining room, which opens onto the living room.
Two large bay windows forming the angle of the living room allow access to the terrace and garden.

One of them is under a cover with a storage room behind the parking space.
The other is an outdoor parking space.
