The "Le Corbusier" apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an old building in the Bernese city quarter of Mattenhof-Weissenbühl. The wonderfully quiet living location benefits from excellent public transport connections:

  • From the tram station Wander (less than 1 minute's walk), it is only four stops to Bern's main station (6 minutes' journey time), and just three stops to the Gurten recreation area (4 minutes' journey time).
  • Many things are within walking distance, such as the Aare river, 800 meters away. Whether a leisurely stroll or jogging along the riverbank, a visit to the Marzili outdoor pool, or a jump into the Aare - everything is nearby.

Everything should be made as simple as possible for you. Regardless of whether it's a first arrival in Bern, a short-term interim stay, a simply organized interim solution, or a medium-term stay, the all-inclusive price structure comes to your aid and takes care of administrative tasks. The following services are included in the rent:

  • Stylish, high-quality, and practical furnishings
  • All ancillary costs such as electricity, water, heating costs, and WiFi
  • Complete kitchen equipment from pans to dishes, water cooker to coffee machine, toaster to dishwasher, microwave to oven
  • Bed linen as well as towels and tea towels

A parking space in a nearby garage (3 minutes' walk, 200 meters) can be rented for an additional CHF 150.- per month.

Variable minimum rental period

If the legally binding commitment of one year seems too long or too risky, the Le Corbusier apartment can also be rented for shorter periods. The price structure is then as follows:

  • Minimum rental period 12 months - all-inclusive price per month CHF 2,500.-
  • Minimum rental period 6 months - all-inclusive price per month CHF 3,000.-
  • Minimum rental period 3 months - all-inclusive price per month CHF 3,500.-

The notice period is only 1 month in all cases.

2 months' rent must be deposited in advance as a deposit (Swisscaution also possible).
