Additionally, a floor cooling system (Freecooling) provides cooler living rooms during the warm summer days.

The occupants of this family-friendly 5-family house share a spacious laundry room on the ground floor. Connections for own devices in the apartments are prepared.

Parking spaces in the underground garage can be rented for CHF 130.00. Charging stations for electric vehicles can be retrofitted if required.
