• Innovation Space: Our 5-meter high ceilings provide an unparalleled sense of space. For lectures, hackathons, or product demos, a gigantic 100-inch screen is available to all tenants.
• KI-tchen & Lounge: Our fully equipped kitchen is the perfect networking spot. Enjoy a coffee from the fully automatic coffee machine or a cold drink from the Coca-Cola machine. In the FactorAI Lounge, lunch is eaten together, AI is philosophized about, or the next business model is sketched out directly with the mobile whiteboard.

1. Fixed Desks in the Public Space (Maximum 8 places!)
Here you share the room, but not your place. Your workspace belongs to you alone.

• Height-adjustable table & ergonomic chair (with an additional screen on request).
• Unique: Each Fixed Space has a lockable compartment for sensitive documents, accessible only to you.

2. Premium Single Offices (for 2 or 3 workstations)
For companies looking for more privacy. The offices are lockable, ideal for programming in peace or receiving customers.

• Premium equipment: Completely furnished by the Swiss top manufacturer Schoch (for a healthy, high-quality, and representative working environment).
• Including meeting room: Use the FactorAI meeting room with a 65-inch presentation screen, a 3 x 2.5 meter large whitewall, and a height-adjustable conference table that brings dynamics to your meetings.

All-inclusive means for us: Electricity, internet, cleaning of the public infrastructure, as well as the use of the lounge, KI-tchen, and Co. are already included in all mentioned prices!

From next year, the regular prices will apply with the usual flexible cancellation periods (1 month for fixed desks, 3 months for single offices).
