Description

On the Hunziker Areal in the development area of Zürich Leutschenbach, a new cooperative quarter was created in 2014/2015. Since mid-2015, around 1,300 people have lived and worked here. The Hunziker Areal offers a diverse and modern infrastructure and is oriented towards the goals of the 2000-watt society.

The living and bedrooms of the rental object are equipped with oak parquet flooring. The ceiling is made of lacquered exposed concrete.

Guidelines for residents of subsidized apartments:

Some of the apartments are subsidized. They do not differ structurally from other apartments, but are cheaper. However, strict occupancy, income, and asset guidelines apply to their residents, which the specialist agency for non-profit housing regularly reviews. These primarily benefit people from the lower income classes and families. Also, in the regular apartments, a relatively large number of members with low incomes live.

- The project is car-free. Only registrations without a car are considered. Various alternative mobility offers (such as car-sharing) are available.

- Instead of a rent deposit, cooperative shares worth CHF 250 per square meter of living space must be subscribed to and paid before the start of the rental period (CHF 31,500.00 share capital).

- The apartment has a minimum occupancy of four people (family).

- The photos come from a comparable apartment.
