Location: Adliswil. 5 minutes from Sood-Oberleimbach station and a few minutes from Zurich main station. Quick access to the city, yet in a quiet location. From the balcony, you can see the mountain peaks of Felsenegg/Albis/Üetliberg, and many birds chirp around early in the morning :-).

Price/performance: Very attractive and fair.

Apartment perfect for: Small families, retirement home, shared apartments, single occupants (annual salary from around CHF 85,000.00)

Pets: Basically allowed. Agreement with landlord necessary.

What's important to me as the current tenant: I'm moving into a furnished apartment and would therefore like to sell many pieces of furniture. Thus, I would offer an advantage to interested parties who would like to keep/buy furniture directly from me. We can discuss this during the viewings.
