Description

At the beginning of September, I will be moving to the United Kingdom for work/education reasons and am therefore looking for a person interested in taking over my apartment in Locarno (the apartment can also be freed up earlier).

The apartment is located in a very central position:

- about 7 minutes on foot from the train station;
- a few steps from Piazza Grande;
- close to supermarkets, shops, and services;
- in front of the police station.

The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning.

1st floor.

The apartment has only been used by two tenants (including me).

There are also two private storage rooms/basements, one of which has a private laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

The built-in wardrobes are included in the apartment.

The rent is about CHF 1,500 per month and includes heating costs. The only additional utilities are electricity and water.

Ideally, I would like to leave the apartment furnished, as I will be moving abroad. The furniture is mainly from IKEA, in excellent condition, and I would be willing to sell it for about 1/4 of the original purchase price: I had bought it at half price from the previous tenant, my dear friend.
