Die Bilder sind von einer 3,5-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Küche und die Räume der zu vermietenden 4,5-Zimmer-Wohnung sind wesentlich grösser.
Hinweis: die Bahnlinie der SOB verlauft nahe der Wohnsiedlung (was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat).
Die Aussenbilder sind Visualisierungen von der Homepage des Projektes Avalon Richterswil.

We are looking for a new tenant starting October 1, 2026, for a large, modern newly built apartment in the Avalon Richterswil development.
The photos are of a 3.5-room apartment. The kitchen and the rooms of the 4.5-room apartment are significantly larger.
Note: the SOB railway line runs close to the residential complex (which did not bother us, however).
