Important: Since we are renting as private individuals, do not have administration in the background, and are ourselves employed, we ask for understanding if we respond outside of office hours in writing. The first contact must be processed in written form. Since you as a tenant will be living in the same house as us, we do not allow ourselves to rent to the "first best" person, but it is important that it fits mutually!
