I am renting out my complete, furnished 3-room apartment in Kriens (LU) Schweighof for 3-6 months, as I will be traveling for business in the 2nd half of 2026.
The start of the subletting can be on 15.09.26, 20.09.26, or 01.10.2026.
The minimum subletting period must be 3 months, and the maximum rental period can be 6 months. There is an option to take over the apartment afterwards.
The tenants must sign an official subletting contract for my rental company, which agrees to this subletting, but wants to see a subletting contract.
The Kriens Mattenhof train station is 8 minutes' walk away, and you can reach the main train station in Lucerne in 7 minutes/2 stations by train. It takes 40 minutes to Zurich main station by car and 60 minutes by train from the apartment.
Apartment size: 80sqm + 20sqm terrace.
A maximum of 4 people can live here, with space for 2 additional overnight guests on the sofa bed.
Singles, couples, couples with a maximum of 1 child are preferred. No pets are allowed.

The building was built 5 years ago. I am living in it for the first time. The equipment and condition are like new.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (of 4) with a partial view of the mountains (Pilatus, Bürgenstock, Rigi, Berner Voralpen).
The building has an elevator.
Parking space in the garage is included.
Details about the subletting:
The subletting period can be a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of 6 months, ideally from February.
Registration is possible. A subletting contract must be signed for the landlord. Tenants with private liability insurance are preferred.
The monthly rent covers all costs, from rent to water, heating, electricity, internet, parking, etc.

There is an option to take over the apartment after 6 months as a subtenant from me. However, it would have to be taken over completely furnished (against a payment) and I would have to be able to move in again for 2-3 weeks in this case to organize my own move and the handover with the house administration.
