Additionally, there is a study/guest room/gym of about 16 m2
The garden is approximately 150 m2 in size and is also included.
A large attic provides plenty of storage space.
Uetikon train station is 3 minutes away.
Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.
IMPORTANT
The rent currently amounts to 1276 Fr per person, including utilities.
However, it will be reduced by about 100 Fr from April 1st, 2026.

I am 38 years young, sporty, fond of enterprises, innovative, creative, I like to be on or by the lake and enjoy riding motorcycles, boats, bicycles, skates, and fishing, and I naturally love nature
We cook a lot of fresh food here.
Thanks to the spacious open kitchen, it's a lot of fun.

You can have a nice evening by the open fire in the garden.
