Since our long-term subtenant (7 years sublet) is moving out, we are looking for someone who is also interested in becoming a long-term subtenant. Rental start immediately or by arrangement.
The property is located in Hirzel in a hamlet,
it is very rural but very well accessible by post bus, 30 meters to the bus stop. For rent are 1 room on the ground floor, in the room there is a lavabo with drip tray, a refrigerator and an electric stove. From the room you can see the Alps and a small part of Lake Zurich. The entire attic (approx. 30m2) is also included and can be used as storage space, etc. Skylights are available. Room and attic approx. 42m2
Shared with an older (mid-70s) roommate is only the bathroom, also on the ground floor, and the laundry room in the basement with a younger couple.
Parking can be rented separately. Please only non-smokers and no pets.

The entire house is heated with a heat pump.
