I am looking for a suitable subtenant for my charming 2.5-room apartment at Sallenbachstrasse 11 in 8055 Zurich by the end of July. The apartment is located in a quiet and yet central quarter in Zurich-Wiedikon and is ideal for single people or couples who appreciate a pleasant living atmosphere and good connections to the city.

Particular emphasis is placed on the cozy, green garden seating area, which invites relaxation and offers additional living space outdoors. The wet cell has a window, which provides plenty of daylight and good ventilation.
