As of November 1, 2026, I am looking for a subtenant for my bright and well-maintained 2-room apartment in a quiet location in Uetikon am See.

The apartment impresses with a generous floor plan: a spacious hallway connects the individual rooms, the kitchen is pleasantly large and fully equipped with a dishwasher and induction stove. The living and bedroom are both spacious - from the bedroom, you can even enjoy partial lake views in winter. Thanks to large window fronts, the apartment is pleasantly bright all day long.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and bathtub. From the living area, you can access the covered balcony with shutters - ideal for warm summer evenings.

The location is quiet (30 km/h zone) and yet central: in just about 5 minutes' walk, you can reach Uetikon train station with S7 and S6 (it only takes 15 minutes to Zurich Stadelhofen).
