The unfurnished old building apartment (1st floor, area: approx. 84m2, room height: 1.8-2.4m) is located in the charming Wädischwyler village center, central but quiet. It has 5 rooms, some with built-in closets and shelves, a kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove/oven, a bathroom with bathtub and its own window. The apartment is open to the staircase (see floor plan) and the exit is unsecured, so it's not suitable for families with small children. Additionally, pets are unfortunately not allowed.

The house has a jointly maintained and used garden with a seating area and barbecue, a laundry room (including tumbler) and a communal cellar and a separate attic compartment. The apartment is being rented for a limited time due to renovation, likely for 3-4 years. However, I don't have more specific information yet.
