I'm offering a beautiful, furnished room of 16 m² in a single-family villa with a garden. It's bright, quiet, in excellent condition (like new), fully equipped with a double bed, a very large wardrobe, a closet, a desk, a sofa, a relaxation area, and numerous storage spaces.
The requested amount is CHF 250 per month for utilities. In exchange, the person housed participates in animal care in the house during my absences.
I'm a professional firefighter and I'm looking for a serious, reliable, and responsible person to take care of my small team during my professional absences. The tasks consist mainly of walking the dogs and monitoring their well-being according to a schedule to be agreed upon.
The garden also hosts rabbits, chickens, and small goats. So, it's an ideal environment for someone who truly appreciates the company of animals.
In this household, the atmosphere is based on a healthy life with values such as respect, good humor, and mutual aid.
I'm preferably looking for a calm, autonomous person who loves animals and wants to invest in this particular form of housing.
