Hello future roommate!

A colocation is launching in a house located in the heart of Novel: a picturesque village surrounded by mountains over 2000m

One last room is available from mid-July, preferably for a man to have parity in the house, but open to all :)

You will share this living space with Gaelle, an occupational therapist among other things, Marie Ange, in trade and wellness, and myself, in digital and with my head in travel!

All are nature lovers and have a chill character, this colocation is launching in July for everyone :)

The room is on the 2nd floor, it is very comfortable with a desk, the bed, mattress, and sheets are all new.
The rent is 460 €, excluding charges. The monthly charges are low and will be shared via Tricount each month

The idea is to create a colocation where you share more than just a roof, create a beautiful community perched in the mountains.

You will need a car here, the road is a mountain pass, 13 minutes from the lake and the border of St-Gingolf where the first local shops are: a small casino, a dairy, a pharmacy, the post office, etc..
and above all the beaches and bars!

It's easy to reach Switzerland in less than 10 minutes via a road that avoids the border, and that's the fun! Many cross-border commuters live here and reach Montreux in 30 minutes, Vevey in 40 minutes, Villeneuve in 25.

Departure of the GR 7 trails and balconies of the Léman, viewpoints with among others several mountain lakes such as Neuteu, Tanay, or Lovenex.
