With a heavy heart, we as tenants are saying goodbye to our beautiful, cozy old building apartment in Aarau. Now we are looking for someone to take over our rental contract as a subtenant from July 11, 2026. We have lived in the apartment as a couple, but it would also be suitable for shared apartments or families.

Open kitchen with a view into the living room, plenty of storage space, dishwasher, ceramic glass stove, modern oven (and also an additional functional, historic bread oven)

Large, private, walkable attic, accessible via a pull-down staircase in the apartment (not included in the total area)
A bike parking space in the garage is included in the rent

Functional chimney (cozy in winter, but the radiators in all rooms heat enough)
