The house is located in a building with only 3 apartments, with a large shared garden and the possibility of having barbecues in company, and has a basement on the ground floor together with the services (washing machine and dryer just replaced), while the house consists of a spacious living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and wall closet next to the entrance.
