Rent my 2.5 room apartment temporarily from 01.09.2026 - 31.05.2027 (a bit of flexibility, possible by agreement).

The apartment is located 7 minutes' walk from Au ZH train station. In 10 minutes' walk, you are on the beautiful Au peninsula.

The apartment is furnished and equipped with everything you need. It also has a garden seating area. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Parking spaces can be rented for CHF 45.- per month. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has no lift.

Subletting period: 01.09.2026 - 31.05.2027 (a bit of flexibility given)

Electricity is billed separately according to consumption.
