Large attic apartment with a view of the green

In a three-family house, we rent a very beautiful, large attic apartment with a view of the green and the Sagibach from Studen. The 4½ rooms with a balcony are optimally oriented towards sunlight, view, and tranquility, offering a high-quality living climate with plenty of brightness and coziness.

Spacious and cozy home

The 4½-room apartment is characterized by its spacious dimensions, while also radiating a sense of security. It is located on the second and thus top floor of a three-family house, directly under the roof. Visible roof beams, two dormer windows, and a skylight in the dining area convey a special charm. On the total living area of 117 m2, there are three rooms and a very large, high-reaching dining and living room. In summer, a balcony offers additional views, and in winter, a chimney stove provides coziness. The kitchen adjacent to the dining area is equipped with an induction cooktop, a combination steam oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, and a stone countertop, leaving plenty of storage space. The bathroom with a shower and toilet also has plenty of space for larger bathroom furniture. Ceramic tiles are laid here, and all other floors are made of oiled oak parquet. The beautiful attic apartment is rented and is ideal as a modern home for all those who like to live ecologically.

Eco-friendly living

In the Minergie construction (built in 2015), predominantly environmentally friendly materials were used. The house is equipped with a photovoltaic system. Heating is provided by an air-water heat pump and the chimney stove; the wood for this is provided by the landlord.

Basement, parking, and further equipment

A basement is included in the rent; a parking space can be rented additionally. The house's further equipment includes a washing machine and dryer (shared use), a water softening system, a bicycle stand, and a natural garden.
