Hello, I'm Pascal, 42, and my 15-year-old son is also here 1-3 times a week. We are polite and sociable. We work from Monday to Friday, 7-17. The laundry room can be used from Monday to Saturday without signing up. Oven, refrigerator with small freezer, microwave, and dishwasher are available.
In the shared apartment, there is no living room or balcony for common use. You can use the 23m² balcony for yourself. Unfortunately, the basement and attic are not available. However, you can dispose of cardboard, PET, and paper in the basement. The room is available immediately. The notice period is 1 month. Rent must be paid in advance. The deposit for the key is 1 month's rent. The utility bill is for the tenant.
An outdoor parking space is currently available for 50.-.
