The apartment or house was recently completely renovated. New kitchen, modern bathroom, beautiful floor, own washing tower, large cellar compartment

A garage parking space can be rented for an additional CHF 120.- per month.

Through the merger for self-consumption (ZEV), you benefit from your own solar power and low electricity costs.

The landlord is Privera AG. The contractual terms, house rules, etc. of the landlord apply. I would be happy to provide insight during the viewing. Cats are allowed upon request.
