At the beginning of September, I will be moving to the United Kingdom for work/education reasons and I am therefore looking for a person interested in taking over my apartment in Locarno (it can also be freed up earlier)
The apartment is located in a very central position:
- about 7 minutes on foot from the railway station;
- a few steps from Piazza Grande;
- close to supermarkets, shops and services;
- in front of the police station.
The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning.
1st floor
There are also two private storage rooms/basements, one of which has a private laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Ideally, I would like to leave the apartment furnished, since I will be moving abroad. The furniture is mainly IKEA, in good condition, and I would be willing to sell it at a quarter of the purchase value: bought at half price from the previous tenant, my friend - kept in excellent condition).
Parking space available, but with additional costs to be discussed with the agency.
