The house offers space for up to five people with a luxurious interior. On the upper floor, there are two lovingly furnished bedrooms that exude a lot of wood and naturalness. The modern bathroom with shower and toilet completes the comfort. On the ground floor, the open living kitchen with wood and gas stove, cooker, and oven invites you to cook, linger, and enjoy. In December 2025, a stove for firewood and pellets was additionally installed.

The Maiensäss has its own solar system and is sustainably supplied with solar power.

Thanks to the new wood and pellet stove, the house can be preheated to the desired feel-good temperature before your arrival. So, you can expect a cozy warm ambiance during the winter months or a pleasantly tempered accommodation during the warmer season.

The house is only accessible on foot - the parking lot is about a ten-minute walk away. In return, you will be rewarded with complete peace, clear mountain air, and direct proximity to nature.
