Hello everyone!
We are looking for a single person, a couple or a couple with a maximum of one child to sublet our beautiful apartment in Au for 1 month to a maximum of 6 weeks from July 1st to August 15th at the latest. The minimum rental period is 1 month.
We offer a beautiful and cozy apartment with a sensational lake view from all rooms and a bright terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet, has good bus and train connections, is close to the lake and nature.
The apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed, a children's room, a guest room, a toilet with a bathtub, a living room, a terrace, a private washing machine and a tumbler, as well as a garage space for a car.
The apartment has everything you could want, a coffee machine, grill, TV, microwave, etc.
We are also looking for someone who will take good care of our plants. Both inside and outside, we have plants that need to be watered regularly.
The rental period is at least 1 month (2500CHF). We would of course prefer someone who would rent the apartment for the entire time (3700CHF).
If desired, 2 e-bikes can be rented for an additional 80CHF/bike.
