The cost of the apartment is 850 CHF/month + 200 CHF/month as a deposit for expenses.

The total cost of the apartment is 1050 CHF/month.

A garage for one car is available for 130 CHF/month.

It is mandatory to pay 3 months' rent as a deposit, including expenses, by bank transfer or Firstcaution.
For those who do not know Firstcaution, it is a deposit guarantee insurance that costs around 150/200 CHF per year and replaces the deposit guarantee equal to 3 months' rent.

The minimum contract is 2 years.
Subletting and Airbnb are not allowed.
A laundry room is available in the building, as there is no space for a washing machine in the apartment.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
Permission from the landlord is required for pets.
