From August 1st, we are founding a large shared apartment in Langenthal.
The villa with a garden, attic, vaulted cellar, and plenty of space to liven up is only 3 minutes from the train station. From there, the train takes you to Olten in 15 minutes and to Bern in 40 minutes from early morning to late evening.
The house itself consists of 2 apartments on top of each other and has a total of 9 bedrooms. Since there are two apartments, there are enough toilets/bathrooms and also two kitchens. There is also ample storage space. In the attic, there are 2 dormers, storage space, and room for movement concepts and other ideas, and we want to equip the vaulted cellar with a small stage and use it together.
We are currently 4 adults and 2 children (5 & 2 years old) and have 5 free rooms. It is therefore quite possible that a small living community will join us and liven up the house with us. Or people with/without children.
We come from a social and anti-conformist background, work on old farms or in creative collectives, come from theater, circus, and scouting, engage in artistic, moving, and activist activities, and have a desire to liven up the place together, be open to guests, seek balance between retreat and implementation of ideas, and find ourselves as a large shared apartment.
Costs: approx. 620.- / room plus approx. 150.- utilities
