We are renting a beautifully renovated, small house with a special charm. The approximately 53 m² of living space convince with large windows that let in a lot of light, as well as high rooms that create a pleasant living feeling.

The house is a real gem, nestled on a sunny hill, protected and located near a small stream, with a wide view into the valley, a paradise for nature and garden lovers.

The power supply is autonomous through solar power. Electricity is included in the rent as you have your own photovoltaic system. The entire hamlet of Dorna is not connected to the power grid and also not to cable internet - that means internet is only possible via mobile phone (5G). Heating is done with a wood stove in winter.

In addition to the rent, there are ancillary costs for wood (must be organized yourself), water, sewage, waste disposal fees, etc.

You can use a large surrounding area of approximately 1,500 m² with many high beds, berries, and fruit. Ideal for self-sufficiency with vegetables, etc.

Hot water is generated through solar thermal energy or through the wood heating.

Parking is possible about 100 meters from the house, the access road ends about 100 meters in front of the house.

Included in the rent is a generous shed for workshop and storage space for wood, etc.

Public transport connection: SBB train station Ausserberg can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot
