The rental space is currently part of the established specialty store GOBAG. Due to changed business needs, the space will no longer be used by GOBAG in the future. However, the business will continue to operate as usual in the remaining rooms.

Since the space was previously connected to the GOBAG store, there are currently two passageways to the neighboring space. These will be closed before a new tenant moves in. However, if your business concept offers synergies with GOBAG, the preservation of the connections can be reviewed after consultation.

The approximately 170 m2 large sales area offers the following equipment:

• Toilet within the rental space
• Additional storage room in the basement (approx. 45 m2) included in the rent
• Skylights in the rear area of the sales space
• Shop window and separate entrance to the storage street

As can be seen from the photos, the space needs renovation. The ownership is therefore willing to invest in the restoration of the space as part of the re-rental.

The rental space is not suitable for gastronomy businesses of any kind.
