We are waiting for you in a very cozy single room for long-term rental in a modern, well-maintained and secure multi-family house in the center of Gisikon (CH-6038). We are an existing, integral and well-organized community of four people, which has been enabling adults with an open cultural attitude to share a high standard of living (also for home office) for over a dozen years, and to undertake sociable rounds or excursions together.
The generous living area of the apartment is 320m2. It extends over the entire fourth floor of the house and can be reached by elevator or stairs. The bright and high-ceilinged living area covers 250m2 and is divided into six and a half rooms: a large entrance area with wardrobe and shoe rack, a light-filled living area with open and modern kitchen, an office, a stylish main bathroom with double sink and bathtub, a second bathroom with shower, and four private shared rooms. We also have a 75m2 large panoramic balcony terrace with a view, a well-maintained vegetable garden, a Weber gas grill, and high-quality and stylish garden furniture with everything that invites you to linger.
The shared living area has a beautiful slate floor and is equipped with underfloor heating throughout. The living room is furnished in modern British style and includes two comfortable sofas, a curved TV with soundbar speakers, a pool billiard table, a whiskey bar, and a well-lit reading corner. Furthermore, the entire living area is equipped with 100Mbit/s WLAN, the cleaning of the community areas is done weekly (except for the bedrooms), and you are free to take over a cleaning task yourself. Of course, the apartment also has a ventilated laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as corresponding hanging options.
Your personal bedroom is a dreamy 15.2m2 in size, has a dark, elegant oak parquet floor with its own underfloor heating temperature control, and is equipped with a large, two-wing double door. Your unfurnished bedroom also has electrically operated lamella shutters and the usual connections (power, internet, and a multimedia socket).
