The house is a fully renovated building from 2016. The renovation was comprehensive: from the roof to the floor slabs, as the house was originally a barn. On the ground floor, there is an entrance with space for closets. A staircase leads to the first floor, where the living room with kitchen, a single room, and a bathroom with shower are located. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with an additional bathroom with shower. An interesting space is the heated hobby room on the ground floor: currently equipped with a washing machine, it constitutes a versatile space that can also be used as a study. From this room, you can access the terrace, which belongs to the house and where you can spend serene moments in the open air.
