Description

The apartment has an area of approximately 53 m², which is well divided into three rooms. The kitchen is open and at the same time the dining room. Additionally, there is a bright living room, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The bathroom and kitchen were completely renovated in 2024 and offer a modern standard. The apartment is ideal for single people or couples.

In addition to the apartment, there is a cellar compartment and a private laundry room with its own washing machine and own dryer. A parking space at the house can be rented for CHF 50 per month.

The apartment is quietly and naturally located. There are shopping opportunities in Thusis, the next larger town. In Sils, there is a restaurant and various farm shops. The bus stop is just around the corner and the bus runs every 30 minutes to Thusis during the day.

Available by arrangement from August or September. We are moving away for professional reasons at the beginning of July and are therefore giving up the apartment.

A visit is possible on weekdays, usually every day from 6 pm, and also on weekends, no problem.
