For rent immediately in a prestigious and quiet area of Bellinzona (near the municipal old people's home, 200 meters north of the Rio pizzeria) a very sunny apartment with a large terrace and a splendid view of the three castles, 10 minutes walk from the train station and the city center. The apartment can be rented fully furnished (possibly empty), all furniture would be free: bed with drawers and wardrobe with sliding doors for the double bedroom (not the one in the photo), sofa bed in the living room, choice between two sideboards for the dining room, shoe rack, a table for the kitchen and one for the dining room. It is possible to have other furniture, modern and free. The available furniture is not visible in the photos, which are more modern. In addition to the living room, large atrium, kitchen and bathroom (with a washing machine already installed, see photo) there is a bedroom and another room, which is not visible in the photos (about 75/80 m2 the entire apartment). There is a cellar with a laundry room in the building (which has a lift). There is an optical fiber connection. The cost is CHF 1,270 all inclusive, without any further settlement. In this area, prices are much higher. With a parking space, the cost increases by CHF 80, so CHF 1,350 all inclusive, with a possible second parking space by CHF 60 (so CHF 1,410 with 2 parking spaces). Three months' deposit (no insurance), EU certificate and employment contract are required. Preference is given to one or two people. Cats are allowed, dogs unfortunately not.
