Hersberg is surrounded by forest and is a very beautiful hiking area, is very well connected in terms of traffic and can be easily reached by public transport and car in all directions. Arisdorf motorway exit, 10 minutes by car to BS exit, 10 bus minutes to Liestal.
The house is centrally heated with pellet heating and a beautiful wood stove can be heated in the apartment.
We generate most of our electricity directly from the sun through a photovoltaic system.
The apartment is sunny and quiet and has a living room merging into a living kitchen and a large entrance area, plus 1 separate room, as well as 2 attic rooms on the upper floor. Each of these has a sink and a walk-in closet.
There is a solid, beautiful expansion that complements the antique details, such as wooden beams.
The seat in the courtyard can be used and on the front side there is a small garden available.
The bathroom is bright and friendly with a bathtub. Shared laundry room. A cat can be kept on request.
The net rent is 1700 Fr., the ancillary costs of 450.- are understood to be inclusive of electricity for 2 people, as there are no individual meters.
There is no caretaker, which is why the few environmental tasks are divided.
