The offices on the 2nd floor are fully equipped and furnished, so you can start working immediately and won't lack anything. We have single, double, and four-person offices that can be configured according to your wishes.

The customer parking spaces are outdoors, directly at the entrance, and in the underground garage (pool parking spaces). The modern break room, including kitchen, as well as toilet facilities and quiet / meditation room, are available to tenants.

For relaxation during lunch, you can eat outside directly on the Limmat on the available break area or engage in sports in nature. Showers are available in the house.
